Morocco and Germany have signed a mortgage settlement for 150 million euros, equal to 1.6 billion dirhams, which can primarily assist a collection of reforms associated to financing small companies.

The settlement was signed yesterday, Wednesday, in Rabat between Financial system and Finance Minister Nadi Fattah Alawi and Regional Director of the German Improvement Financial institution KFW Markus Fachina within the presence of the German Ambassador in Rabat, Robert Dollger.

A grant of 15 million euros, equal to 166 million dirhams, will likely be added to the mortgage as soon as the cooperation settlement between the 2 international locations is renewed following bilateral talks held final October in Berlin.

Marcos Fachina wrote on his LinkedIn account that this new funding will likely be aimed toward supporting monetary inclusion within the Kingdom and growing the provide of entry to finance for small companies.
